Job summary

Saucy Brew Works Pinecrest in Columbus, OH is seeking a Barista to provide friendly and efficient beverage service. Responsibilities

• Greets patrons upon arrival.
• Takes food and beverage orders accurately and courteously; responds to patrons’ questions regarding food and beverage items.
• Accurately enters tickets for food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system
• Makes drinks for patrons utilizing proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes; serves drinks.
• Receives payment from patrons; makes change as needed; issues receipts.
• Clears and resets tables and dining area as needed.
• Prepares all mixes and garnishes prior to opening.
• Stocks cafe with glassware, coffee beans, coffee syrups, mixes, non-alcoholic beverages, and supplies.
• Maintains knowledge of beverage selections, descriptions, glassware, ingredients, portions, and prices.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation; performs closing clean-up duties.
• Resolves patron problems/complaints; escalates to management as needed.
• Answers phone courteously and promptly.
• Assists other staff to ensure optimum service.
• Completes paperwork; maintains files and records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY:Provides food and beverage services to patrons in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner; ensures a positive experience for all patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
