Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a positive, service-oriented Barista to join our hotel team. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage group to serve quality beverages and foods in a friendly, professional manner, following our standards.

The role supports guest satisfaction with knowledge of coffee, teas and baked goods, greeting guests, handling orders, and answering questions about products. Flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regularly handle various food and beverage products.
• Knowledge of computer programs for ringing up orders.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge on goods sold in our coffeehouse including coffee, teas and baked goods.

• Verbatim receives and calls back customer orders.
