Beverage Preparation: Craft hot and cold drinks (espressos, lattes, teas) to standard recipes while maintaining quality and presentation.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and handle orders.

Sanitation & Upkeep: Maintain a spotless storefront, wipe down counters, sanitize espresso machines, and restock supplies.

Product Knowledge: Understand different coffee roasts, bean origins, and brewing methods to educate customers.
