What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Sodexo, you are an artist and fair-trade champion. You will create hand-crafted, quality beverages and food. Most importantly, you help people smile and make an impact with your everyday actions. You will also operate cash registers and ensure all work areas are kept clean and glistening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc.
• Record all sales, process payments, and operate a cash register
• Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a safe working environment
• No previous experience required; preferred candidates may have prior experience
• Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
