Third Eye Cacao – Barista Job Description

We’re seeking a grounded, heart-centered barista to join our ceremonial cacao lounge in Austin, TX. This role involves preparing drinks and holding space for meaningful connections, serving from a place of presence.

Ideal Candidate Is:

• Spiritually aligned and grounded in daily practice
• Passionate about wellness, plant medicine, and community
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a sacred, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable speaking about cacao, herbs, and elixirs with confidence
• Responsible, punctual, and able to self-direct with grace

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cacao elixirs and plant-based drinks with reverence
• Welcome guests with warmth and grounded energy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sacred space
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
• Contribute to the community vibe with genuine presence and care

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in herbalism, sound healing, or somatic practices
• Have worked in wellness cafés, juice bars, or conscious spaces
• Are open to participating in events, ceremonies, or evening programming
