Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customers with service exceeding their expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Create memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is the best possible.
• Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and foster an uplifting work environment.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Work diligently while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Experience in fast food or retail preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties and responsibilities may change or be added as needed.
