Job summary

All Team Staffing is hiring a friendly Barista in Aurora, IL. You will welcome guests, explain specials, take orders, prepare coffee, teas, and light pastries, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Requirements include 6–12 months of barista experience, strong communication, ability to stand for long periods, and a Food Handlers Certification. Availability for early mornings and peak hours is preferred; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
