About the Role

Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store in the Market District in Milton, GA. One of the most active communities north of Atlanta, this location serves a high-energy mix of commuters, residents, and families who make great coffee a daily priority. As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.

What You'll Do

• Coffee or café experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on everything you need to know
• You're looking to grow — we promote from within, and barista is where most of our leads started
• You're comfortable following Starbucks appearance standards (solid black top, black or khaki bottoms, slip-resistant shoes, apron provided) — full dress code shared at interview

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available for a mix of morning, midday, and closing shifts including weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
