Diesel Barbershop Bartram Market is seeking a friendly, organized barbershop coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage check-ins, calls, and bookings, while maintaining a welcoming reception area and supporting the barbers with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the barbershop.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our booking system.
• Provide information to clients regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Sweep and tidy up the barbershop floor regularly.
• Fold and organize towels and other linens.
• Assist barbers with any administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Manage inventory of retail products and restock as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

The Role

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a barbershop coordinator. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the barbershop.
