Job summary

Lucky Spot Barbershop in High Point, NC is hiring barbers. You must hold a current barber license or have completed a barber training program. You will greet clients, prep and cut hair, engage in friendly conversation, and keep stations clean and stocked. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Base pay starts at $37,500 with paid training, travel opportunities, a quarterly bonus, and a fast track to management/ownership (franchise).

Lucky Barbershop is growing and expanding! Our High Point location is looking for new barbers to join our team!!

You must have a current license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program. While we focus on men’s hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers.

Barber Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments.

• Cut and style clients’ hair to their specifications.
• Engage in friendly conversation with clients.

Barber Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Barber/hairstylist licenseora minimum of 24 months "behind the chair" experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail.
