Lucky Spot Barbershop in Greensboro is growing and seeking skilled barbers. A current barber license and completed barber training are required, with a focus on men’s hairstyles.

You should communicate well and deliver excellent customer service to make every client feel welcome and valued. Responsibilities include greeting clients, prepping for cuts, performing haircuts and styling, maintaining a clean station, and ensuring product stock.

Qualifications

• Must have a current barber license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program.
• Comfort with a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers, with focus on men’s hairstyles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure customers leave satisfied and become regulars.

Responsibilities

Lucky Barbershop is growing and expanding! Our Greensboro location is looking for new barbers to join our team!!

You must have a current license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program. While we focus on men’s hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers.

Barber Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments.
• Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want.
• Cut and style clients’ hair to their specifications.
• Engage in friendly conversation with clients.
• Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.
• Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients.

Barber Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Barber/hairstylist license with "behind the chair" experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail.
