Job summary

Base pay starts at $37,500 with paid training, travel opportunities, a quarterly bonus, and a fast track to management/ownership (franchise).

Qualifications

• Must have a current barber license or completed barber training program.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with various hairstyling techniques for different customers.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they arrive and offer refreshments.
• Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want.
• Cut and style clients’ hair to their specifications.
• Engage in friendly conversation with clients.
• Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.
• Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients.
