Diesel Barbershop Franchising in Frisco, TX is seeking a working Manager or Co-Manager who leads from the chair. You’ll cut hair most of the shift while supporting team development, shop operations, and the client experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not an idle title, and it emphasizes craft and team vitality. Ideal candidates will be licensed barbers in Texas with leadership history, and must be available for evenings and weekends to fit shop hours.

Qualifications

• Active Texas barber or cosmetology license.
• Proven leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Available nights and weekends.
• Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Behind the chair: Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves; build client relationships to drive rebooking and retention.
• Leadership & shop operations: lead by example, assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coach performance metrics, enforce standards, handle cash and client concerns.
