Diesel Barbershop in Frisco, TX is hiring a working Manager or Co-Manager. You will cut hair as a licensed barber and lead shop operations, team development, and the client experience. This is a working leadership role, not just a title.

You will perform men's cuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves while building client relationships and coaching peers. Nights and weekends required; franchise environment with strong culture.

Qualifications

• Active Barber or Cosmetology license in Texas.
• Proven skill in men's cuts, fades, and razor work.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Available nights and weekends.
• Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves.
• Build client relationships that drive rebooking and retention.
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Coach staff on performance metrics (rebooking rate, average ticket, retail sales, and service time).
• Enforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments).
• Assist with cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day procedures.
• Handle client concerns professionally.
