Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a skilled Barber to join the Black Spa amenities team. You will deliver haircuts and grooming services with precision while maintaining a luxurious, judgment-free member experience.

Ideal candidates hold an active barber license, have experience with beard grooming and a range of haircut styles, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus, and flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Barber license and certifications required.
• Previous barber experience preferred.
• Expertise in haircut styles and beard grooming.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and consult on hair and grooming preferences.
• Perform haircuts, trims, and grooming with clippers and scissors.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation following sanitation protocols.
• Educate clients on hair care and product recommendations.
• Support Black Spa amenities to deliver a luxurious member experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional member satisfaction.
