Hair Cuttery is seeking a Licensed Barber to join our busy salons across the U.S. You’ll earn based on performance with a goal of $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips) and the potential to reach $100K+ annually.

We provide the chair, high-traffic locations, and premium tools to help you maximize your barbering income. We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and training to grow your book.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation

Responsibilities

• Walk-in Ready: start cutting on day one
• Heavy marketing supports bookings and station occupancy
