Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our team in a high-traffic, premium-location setting. Earn a strong hourly-equivalent through performance-based pay, with top earners reporting $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips and potential $100K+ annually.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your income as your client base expands. Expect walk-in clients, aggressive marketing, and a brand that fills the chair from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Proficient in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Ability to grow client book and commissions
