Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a LifeSpa-Barber to provide hair services that enhance guest well‑being and club experience. Services may include cutting, styling, and grooming while excluding chemical treatments like coloring or perming.

Responsibilities include educating clients on LifeSpa products, staying current with trends, and maintaining salon stations to Life Time standards. Must have high school diploma and barber license; 1–3 years of barber experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Barber license in state where work is performed.
• 1–3 years of barber experience.

• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Maintains work stations to salon standards

Position Summary The LifeSpa-Barber provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest’s overall sense of well‑being and enhances the club experience. Some services may include cutting, styling, and grooming and styling facial hair that result in exceeding the guest’s expectations. This position does not perform chemical treatments such as coloring, highlighting, or perming as a part of their service list.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education

• High School graduate or equivalent

Years of Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations

• Barber license in state where work is performed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a barber in a professional setting
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software
