The Barback assists the bar in providing guests with a pleasant experience. The role involves setting up the bar with food, beverages, and serving equipment before guests arrive, keeping the bar stocked during events, and cleaning up afterward with the bartender's assistance.

This role pays an hourly wage of $10.00 plus tips.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the bar in serving beverages to guests.
2. Observing guests to respond to additional requests.
3. Stocking coolers, liquor cages, ice wells, and dry goods needed for bar service.
4. Cleaning up remaining product and equipment after guests leave.
5. Keeping the bar work areas and equipment clean.
6. Setting up the bar with food, beverages, and equipment.
7. Maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards.
8. Demonstrating excellent attendance.

Experience in a restaurant as a bus person, barback, or similar capacity is preferred.
