Job summary
Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking team members for banquet setup and guest-service roles. You will set up and clear tables, stock service ware, and maintain banquet spaces for high‑end events.

Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Minimum one year of food service or related work experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
- Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Serve food to guests (non-essential).
- Make recommendations regarding banquet set ups (non-essential).
- Observe facilities and equipment and suggest improvements (non-essential).

Set-up and clearing of china, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions as well as attend to guest needs and requests.
- Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
