Qualifications

• Experience in bar or restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restock all bar supplies including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and wash bar tools.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure freshness for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverages during peak hours.
• Dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to Bar Manager.
• Set up and break down the bar for service.
• Respond to bartender requests quickly to ensure service.
