Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Barback in Montgomery, TX to support bartenders and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area. You will replenish supplies, prepare garnishes, stock ice, and help with setup and breakdown to ensure fast, high-quality service.

Candidates should have prior bar/restaurant experience, the ability to work quickly in a busy setting, and a basic understanding of beverage preparation. Night and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy setting.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies including liquor, mixers and glassware.
• Keep bar area clean and organized, wash bar tools and surfaces.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure freshness for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverages during peak hours.
• Remove trash and dispose of bottles as needed during shifts.
• Maintain stocked storage areas and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to Bar Manager.
• Respond promptly to bartender requests to ensure smooth service.
