Acorn Ridge Casino is seeking a Barback to support bartenders in a fast-paced tribal casino environment in Plymouth, CA. The position is part-time, non-exempt, with an hourly base pay of $17.00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders during high-volume service to ensure prompt guest service
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including counters, floors, sinks, coolers, and storage areas
• Collect, wash, and organize glassware and bar tools
• Remove trash and recycling regularly and properly
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to bartenders or supervisors
• Change kegs and restock coolers as needed
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, tribal gaming regulations, and casino policies
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and all other duties as assigned
• Provide courteous, respectful service to all guests and team members

Physical Requirements
