Job summary

A dynamic entertainment company in Pennsylvania is seeking a team member for beverage maintenance responsibilities. You will be responsible for cleaning beverage stations, replenishing supplies, and assisting bartenders when needed. The ideal candidate must have fluency in English and basic math skills. The role involves physical activities including lifting and moving items, and working in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, ensuring a supportive entry into the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory management.
• Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
• Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions (written, oral, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain beverage stations according to health standards.
• Replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Serve as backup Bartender when necessary.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
• Responsible for receiving, issuing, and keeping records of liquor supplies.
• Serve as backup for Bartender when necessary.
• Promote outstanding guest service on a continual basis.
• Maintain a regular and consistent attendance record.
• Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of beverage stations and beverage equipment in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health Standards and Hollywood Casino standards in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
• Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas in assigned restaurant bar stations and service bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
• Responsible for receiving, issuing, and keeping necessary records of liquor supplies.
• Serve as backup for Bartender when necessary.

Work Environment

• This is a smoking environment in guest areas and a non-smoking, with the exception of designated areas, employee environment.
