Job Description

The candidate will assist wait staff and bartenders across multiple outlets by expediting food, replenishing supplies, and supporting service items as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in bar setup, opening, and closing procedures.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
3. Stock bar stations to par levels and manage liquor inventory.
4. Ensure glassware is clean and available.
5. Familiarize with the liquors and beers served at the bar.
6. Greet guests promptly and courteously.
7. Support bartenders and servers by focusing on their needs, remaining calm and courteous.
8. Think clearly and quickly, maintaining focus and making concise decisions.
9. Perform job duties with minimal supervision.
10. Keep the work area safe, clean, and free of obstructions.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Current State Vendor’s Permit.
• Previous bar experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certificate and TABC certification required.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
