PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Bar Back to support a fast-paced bar operation on site. The role focuses on assisting beverage servers, maintaining stock par levels, and keeping the area clean and presentable for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of bar back experience in a casino or high-volume setting, along with sanitation certification and TIPS training. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a bar back in a high-volume casino environment.
• Sanitation Certification and TIPS Training.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Ability to calculate figures, discounts, and percentages and apply to practical situations.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to handle problems with multiple variables.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Checks liquor cabinets and par lists for supervisors’ input.
• Keeps bar and surrounding work area clean, organized, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Acts as an ambassador to the Resort through engaging and gregarious personality.
• Interacts with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.
• Completes related job duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Ensures that outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.

• Sanitation Certified, TIPS Training.
