Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Casino - Bossier City, LA is seeking a Bar Back to support our high-volume beverage operation. The role focuses on maintaining clean, well-stocked bars, managing par levels, and delivering upbeat guest service to guests and fellow team members throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of bar back experience in a casino or busy hospitality setting, with sanitation and TIPS training preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience as a bar back in a high-volume operation, preferably in a casino environment.

• Interacts with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Checks liquor cabinets and cooler for stock pars. Accurately fills out par lists for supervisors’ input.
• Keeps bar and surrounding work area clean, organized, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Acts as an ambassador to the Resort through engaging and gregarious personality.
• Interacts with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.
• Completes related job duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Ensures that outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.
