CR STEAK LV LLC is hiring a Barback for Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas. You will stock bar supplies, assist bartenders, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area to deliver exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates stand for long periods, can lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; knowledge of menus and sanitation standards is a plus in this fast-paced, high-end venue on the Las Vegas Strip.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs while delivering exceptional service.
• Keep bar area clean and organized, and maintain par levels for liquor displays.
• Set up bar stations, restock garnishes, and assist bartenders as needed.
• Report breakage or damage to management immediately.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in training opportunities.
