Job summary

The Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas is seeking a Barback to assist bartenders and ensure a fast, friendly beverage service in a high-end setting. You will prepare garnishes, stock glassware, monitor inventory, and keep the bar area clean and organized while upholding JW Marriott standards and guest-service excellence.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, lift up to 50 lbs., and thrive in a fast-paced upscale environment where teamwork and safety are daily priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of barback experience.
• Skills: strong organizational and multitasking abilities; teamwork and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with beverage orders and garnishes.
• Stock glassware, condiments, beer, and supplies; maintain bar cleanliness.
• Record orders in POS and handle payments; manage cash bank.
