Qualifications

• 1+ years of barback or related experience in upscale or luxury settings.
• Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and bar equipment.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Maintain ice levels and clean beer lines and draft systems.
• Wash, polish, and organize glassware and bar tools.
• Rotate bottles and kegs with proper stock procedures.
• Break down and reset bar stations at end of service.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver seamless service.
