Job summary

Concord is hiring a barback to join our hotel bar and lounge outlets in Clayton, MO. You’ll be part of a friendly team providing guest-focused service, restocking, and supporting bartenders with opening and closing duties.

Applicants must be able to stand 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and be prepared for weekends/holidays. Prior high-volume F&B experience is required; hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment required.
• Prior hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the bar and lounge.
• Serve food to guests at times.
• Clean and restock as directed, assist with opening and closing the bar.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
