Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in St. Louis, MO, is hiring a barback to support our hotel bar and lounge outlets. You will be a friendly first/last greeting for guests and work alongside skilled bartenders to maintain service standards throughout busy shifts.

Applicants should be dependable, able to stand 8–10 hours, commit to at least 3 days per week, and work weekends and holidays. Prior high-volume F&B or hotel experience is preferred, and a positive, proactive attitude is a must.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment is required.
• Prior hotel experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be dependable and able to stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the bar and lounge outlets.
• Serve food to guests where required, restock and clean as directed by side work.
• Assist with opening and closing bar duties and follow safety guidelines.
