Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience working in a bar or a similar environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent plus some customer service experience. Some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Track record of delivering exceptional guest and client experience.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock, and reconcile with requisitions.
• Prepare bar garnishes, mix juices, and store back-up supplies.
• Stock bar to include paper products, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Transport taps, replace beer kegs, and assist bartenders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and associated storage areas.
• Communicate with bartenders and wait staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
