Job summary

H3 Ranch in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated Barback to support our bartenders and outlet team, ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will stock bar supplies, prepare batch mixes, assist with setup and breakdown, keep workstations clean, and collaborate with our Warehouse team on deliveries and inventory. A Food Handler and TABC certification are required; evenings, weekends, and holidays availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, workstations, and service stations
• Prepare batch mixes and pre-made ingredients for consistent beverage preparation
• Clear and transport dishes and glassware from public spaces to designated areas
• Receive deliveries, track inventory, and rotate bar products with Warehouse team
• Stock beer, wine, liquor, juices, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies
• Assist bartenders with setup, side work, and breakdown of bar operations
• Clean shelving, mixers, soda guns, blenders, and other bar equipment
• Remove and dispose of trash and maintain sanitary standards
• Assist with food and beverage service to guests and team members when required
• Support additional operational areas including lobby, pool, and backyard activations
