Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and servers in a fast-paced dining environment in Grapevine, TX. This non-exempt role requires keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready for guests while moving quickly and maintaining a professional appearance.

The Barback will assist with set-up, service, and clean-up, communicate with the bar team, and ensure sanitation standards are followed throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Assists bartenders, servers and hosts in serving food and beverages when requested.
• Clears, cleans and resets bar per sanitation standards for the next guest.
• Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dish drop area and sorts accordingly.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of bar across all meal periods.
• Keeps bar visually appealing and fully stocked during shifts.
• Responds promptly to guest service issues and informs supervisor.
• Maintains professional appearance and station cleanliness.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
