Job summary

Harri is seeking a Barback / Food Runner to support daily operations in New Orleans. You will bridge the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house, ensuring bartenders stay stocked and food reaches guests quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include stocking, garnishing, cleanliness, keg changes, and aiding servers with tray delivery and guest service. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be of legal age to handle alcohol and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clear communication with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar supplies: ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
• Prep garnishes and set up station before service.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware and counters; remove trash and bottles.
• Swap empty kegs and check soda lines for proper flow.
• Deliver food trays from kitchen to guest tables accurately.
• Verify plate accuracy and presentation before serving.
• Assist servers and bartenders by clearing plates and refilling drinks.
• Relay dietary requests and guest feedback between floor and kitchen.
