Job summary

Phoenix3 Collective's Infuse Hospitality is seeking a Support Team Member (Barback / Food Runner) in Providence, RI to support servers, bartenders and guest experience. You will keep dining and bar areas clean, stocked, and ready to serve, assisting service staff with timely hospitality.

Ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering efficient service with a guest-focused attitude; must have valid Food Handler Certification and be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand

Responsibilities

• Maintain tables and bar areas by clearing dishes, refilling water, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Identify guest needs and notify servers/bartenders/management when action is required.
• Manage inventory pars for front-of-house items and supplies.
• Support servers with duties to keep service efficient.
• Complete opening and closing checklists for a clean hand-off to the next shift.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver hospitality and efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.

The Support Team Member (Barback / Food Runner) plays a critical role in maintaining smooth front-of-house operations by supporting servers, bartenders, and the overall guest experience. This position ensures the dining and bar areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked while providing timely assistance to service staff and delivering professional, guest-focused hospitality. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to helping the team deliver efficient, seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain tables and bar areas by clearing dishes, refilling water, and ensuring a continuous flow through all steps of service.
• Identify guest needs and promptly notify servers, bartenders, or management when corrective actions are required.
• Manage inventory pars for front-of-house items, including stocking beer, wine, roll-ups, and other essential supplies.
• Support servers with additional duties as needed to maintain an efficient service environment.
• Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring the next shift is set up for success.
• Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and hosts to deliver best-in-class hospitality and efficient service to all guests.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Keep refrigeration and storage areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
