Puttshack is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. The role includes clearing the bar, stocking glassware, and assisting with garnishes in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 18+ with hospitality experience, strong time management, and the ability to multitask. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required in a lively, guest-focused venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality or related field.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and various spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must obtain any certifications required per local or state guidelines.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware and other items around the bar area.
• Assist Bartenders with refilling bottles and prepping garnishes.
• Clean spills and keep areas tidy, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all policies and employment conditions.
• Other duties as assigned, including opening and closing duties.
