Job summary

Quartiere Restaurant Holdings Llc in Stamford, CT is looking for a Barback to help open and close the bar, restock garnishes, and perform essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Bus tables.
• Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients for drinks; replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles.
• Take out the trash.
• Assist bartenders as requested.
