Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Barback to support the bartending team at one of its premium-brand hotel properties. You will help ensure smooth operations, keep the bar fully stocked, and maintain cleanliness to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires an outgoing personality, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and able to engage guests.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team-oriented with collaboration.
• Ability to handle high volume and fast pace.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
