Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback to support fast-paced bars across our growing portfolio. You will stock, set up, and break down bar products, keep work areas clean, and assist bartenders to ensure smooth service for guests.

Ideal candidates are energetic, positive, and quick on their feet, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers. A flexible schedule is required for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set up, and break down all bar products before, during, and after service while assisting bartenders in any capacity needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage areas, and clear and reset tables in the bar area.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and appetizers for bar patrons.
