Job summary

sbe Lifestyle Hospitality is seeking a barback to support bartenders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires staying in constant communication with the bartenders and service team to ensure the bar remains stocked and prepared for service.

Minimum two years in a high-end dining or hospitality setting is preferred. Must be 21+, polish, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a VIP-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a seamless guest experience.
• Cleans bar area and equipment according to Health Standards.
• Maintains bar stock and ensures proper labeling and pour spouts.
• Expedites guests’ drink orders by supporting bartenders.
• Assists with setup and organization of back bar and storerooms.
• Provides proactive support to bartenders and servers as needed.
