Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service to ensure guest experience.
• Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, beverages, garnishes, ice.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar environment throughout shifts.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily ops.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages for restaurant guests.
• Monitor inventory levels and support bar efficiency.
• Engage with guests with warm, attentive hospitality.
