Job summary

A dynamic soul food restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join their vibrant team. In this role, you'll support the bar team by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized, allowing bartenders to provide excellent service. Responsibilities include restocking supplies, prepping bar items, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be available for flexible hours. Pay is $17.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Barback is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restock glassware, liquor, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
• Prep and maintain bar production items including purees and juices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
