Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of bar equipment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and storage areas.
• Interact with guests to maintain great guest relations and loyalty opportunities.
• Assist with proper inventory controls, stocking, rotation, and dating of products.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of facility storage.
• Operate within applicable laws and guidelines.
• Use communication devices (phone, radio, notices).
