Job summary

White Lodging in Louisville is seeking a Barback to support the bartending team by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with bartenders to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain ice, product, and supplies, uphold sanitation standards, memorize menu items, and respond quickly to guest questions while presenting a neat, professional appearance on shift. Weekend and night availability required.

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
