Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of related experience or training or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math and ability to perform standard calculations.

Responsibilities

• Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, storage rooms, coolers, and stations.
• Remove empty bottles, trash, glassware, and recycling promptly and safely.
• Wash and polish glassware, utensils, and bar equipment per SDS guidelines.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, juices, and other bar ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages; support opening/closing procedures.
