Parks Hospitality Group in Asheville, NC is seeking a Barback to join the Montford Rooftop Bar on a part-time basis. You will support bartenders by stocking supplies, keeping the bar clean, and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock the bar with necessary supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware and work surfaces.
• Assist bartenders during busy periods by replenishing supplies, fetching bottles, and pouring drinks.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles and restock as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to supply needs.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist with other tasks, including dishwashing or kitchen operations, as needed.
