Job summary

Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL is seeking a Full-Time Barback to assist bartenders with stocking, cleaning and beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will help with inventory, cash handling and guest interactions, while upholding standards and safe work practices.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, fluent English, and a willingness to learn. Restaurant experience and ServSafe/TIPS certification are a plus.

• 1–3 months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves beverages; assists with inventory and records.
• Supports inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Relays guest requests to Bartender/Dept. Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties: inventory, cash, cleaning, restocking.
• Handles checks and cash; uses Point of Sale system.
• Assists with setup/breakdown of portable bars and events.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Maintains safe work practices.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Fulfills other duties as required.
