Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages; assists in cost control and inventory records.
• Assists with inventory control through careful monitoring of food and beverage products; communicates needs to management.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to Bartender/Department Manager.
• Performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Handles checks and cash transactions; uses Point of Sale system.
• Assists with setup and breakdown of portable bars and catered events; may serve meals to guests.
